DESCRIPTION

An adaptation of a contract may be necessary if the initial circumstances in which a complex and long term contract had been drafted have been modified. CEPANI appoints an independent third party, to make recommendations to the parties or, if they agree, to formulate a rule that will engage them definitively. The costs of this procedure are determined in regards to the circumstances of the case. They are supported by half by each party, unless otherwise agreed.
