The assessors can be the company manager himself or a superior executive, but it can also be a third party, as a lawyer or any other trustworthy person, to whom the concerned party has given the right to commit on it’s behalf.

It is very important that the assessor has the power to bind the company that he represents when the parties have reached an agreement.
