Standard Mediation clause

"The parties hereby undertake to apply the CEPANI Mediation Rules to all disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement."

The following provisions may be added to this clause:

"The place of the mediation shall be..."

"The proceedings shall be conducted in the (...) language"

"Should the mediation fail, the dispute shall be finally settled under the CEPANI Rules of Arbitration by one or more arbitrators appointed in accordance with the said Rules. The place of the arbitration shall be (town or city), the arbitration shall be conducted in the (...) language"
