HOW TO BECOME A MEMBER

Conditions for becoming a member of Cepani

Cepani welcomes any individual of any country that shows a special interest for arbitration and/or mediation as a member.

The candidate must send its request to the Chairman of Cepani who submits it to the board of Directors. The latter takes the decision to accept or not to accept the applications submitted, without having to justify its decision.

In accordance with the statutes of CEPANI a candidate member has to be introduced by two members of CEPANI npo.

Being a member of Cepani does not give any prerogative to be appointed as an arbitrator.

Being a member can however be interesting for the following reasons:

a reduction of the admission price to all of Cepani's activities;
a reduction of the subscription price to the publications of Cepani;
presence on the website of Cepani, which will include a list of all the members of Cepani with some information concerning them;
cited in the index of the members of Cepani.

The subscription fee for 2009 amounts to 105,27 EUR (vat incl.)

Your application will be examined at the next board of Directors following your request.
