The sixth part of the Belgian Judicial Code.
CEPANI has created a workgroup that is currently examining a possible revision of the sixth part of the Belgian Judicial Code. A draft text will very shortly be submitted to the board of directors who will decide on the procedure to be undertaken for its’ public consultation.
